~ Asian Rim Coleslaw: Toasted sesame seed, rice vinegar, pineapple juice and sesame oil make this a light and refreshing slaw

~ Texas Slaw: Oil, vinegar, Mustard and a pinch of sugar make this a great accompaniment for brisket

~ Texas Pinto Beans: Tomatoes, onions, garlic, and a handful of jalapenos give these beans a nod from south of the border!

~ Little Red Smokehouse Beans: We add chopped barbecued pork to pinto beans for an incredibly meaty smoky flavor.

~ Boston Baked Beans: Slightly sweet with a touch of molasses.

~ Creamy Potato Salad: Comfort food… crumbled Smoked Sausage, chopped crisp celery and onions.

~ German Potato Salad: A full-flavored, slightly lighter salad dressed with mustard, oil, vinegar, celery, onions and caraway seed.

~ Boiled Corn on the Cob: Served with butter and our special seasoning.
~ Black Bean BBQ Salad: Green onion, garlic and cilantro in a smoky chili lemon-lime vinaigrette.
