Hulie Chicken
Marinated like they do on the Big Island with crushed pineapple, soy, garlic,
cane sugar and ginger.You’ll want to light up the tiki torches when you taste this bird.

We marinate chicken in Chinese 5 spice, soy, sesame oil, garlic and lychee nut.

Mongolian Barbecued Beef
Inspired by the famous Korean barbecue dish, Bulgogi, flank steak is marinated Korean Style,

Balinese Smoked Duck
I learned this authentic recipe many years ago first hand, while staying at a “home stay” in
Ubud, Bali. Traditional Balinese spices and oils are massaged into the duck, then marinated
for 24 hours before slow smoking. When you taste this ducky, you will feel like an entire
gamalon orchestra of flavors is playing in your mouth.
