BBQ Smokehouse Lunch Sandwiches

Sandwiches are served on a soft, seeded bun. Lunch sandwiches are available until 5:00 daily. (Pulled Pork will be served all day.)

~ North Carolina Style Pulled Pork: Served all day. This is the real deal… Smoked for 12 hours, pulled by hand and tossed with traditional Eastern Style North Carolina sauce, just like in North Carolina. Topped with slaw.2009 Harvest Fair Winner.

~ Chopped Texas Beef Brisket: If it’s not smoked for 20 hours, it’s not Texas style. Bring two hands & lots of napkins for this hearty sandwich. Chopped brisket tossed with our Texas-style BBQ sauce and served with a side of slaw.

~ Pulled BBQ Chicken: Tender, succulent smoked chicken pulled and tossed with spicy barbeque sauce and served with a side of slaw.

~ Smoked & Sliced Chicken: With piquant honey mustard sauce and plenty of fresh, crisp lettuce; served with a side of slaw.

~ Barbequed Beef Tri Tip: Seasoned with our signature beef rub, slow-smoked, sliced and served with our special steak sauce, pickled onions and a side of slaw.

~ Barbequed Portobello Mushroom: A vegetarian steak sandwich with a smoky twist. Delicately smoked slabs of mushroom, with tomato, lettuce, chili aioli and a light topping of Swiss cheese.
