~ Classic Ceasar Salad: Crisp hearts of romaine tossed with croutons, aged parmesan cheese & our house-made Caesar dressing. Full or half orders. With or without smoked chicken. 2009 Harvest Fair Winner.

~ West County Bacon & Blue Cheese Salad: We cure sustainably raised Gleason Ranch hog bellies with brown sugar, black pepper and the sweet smoke of Gravenstein apple wood. The crispy bacon is tossed with romaine, croutons, blue cheese and a Balletto Vineyards Zinfandel Vinaigrette.

~ The Marcos Dinner Salad: Southern slow-smoked chicken tossed with Romaine, hot & sweet walnuts, tomatoes and a spicy Habanera Dressing.
